We've partnered with an internationally recognised 3PL service provider and courier service to ensure your order arrives quickly, discreetly, and securely, matching the sophistication of our brand.

Due to the fact that we are selling age-restricted products we must ensure thorough checks are done not only at the point of purchase but at the point of dispatch as well to ensure we remain compliant with the laws and regulations of South Africa. We offer 1-3 day tracked delivery service (delivery to outlier cities may take longer and is not in our control). Rest assured, each package is handled with meticulous care and attention to detail.

In accordance with South African law, orders will only be processed if and when your age verification is successful in addition to your payment being approved. Failure to verify your age will result in your order being delayed or cancelled.

Please note that deliveries will be affected by, but not limited to: public holidays, adverse conditions such as weather, strike action amongst other events that are not in our control.

Orders placed on Friday after 5pm SAST will be processed on the following working day (typically Monday, unless it is a bank holiday). Orders placed during country wide holiday periods including but not limited to Christmas, New Years will take longer to process, will incur additional courier charges and may take longer than usual to get delivered.
